Walsh Home Improvements' roots go back to 1954 when Harry Walsh acquired a community paint and hardware store called Rosenbaum Paints in Mount Vernon, New York.
As a customer oriented entrepreneur, Harry had a vision to further develop the store's products and services to the next level and beyond ― and that's exactly what he accomplished!
Over time, the popular family-operated store where local residents depended on for quality products and trustworthy home improvement project advice evolved into a window, screen, and door specialty business under the name Walsh Screen & Window.
As the growing company further expanded into home improvement products and services, Harry's son, Jim Walsh, joined the firm full-time in 1985 and upon his father's passing, took over the family business.
Today, the fully-licensed, bonded, and insured Walsh Home Improvements, LLC follows its proud, longstanding heritage of satisfying customers in a greatly expanded service area from their new facility in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
What has never changed is their time-proven formula for, and ongoing commitment to, providing homeowners, architects, and property managers with superior renovation products, value, service, and honest dealings at an affordable cost.
